Taking your practice at home can be intimidating when you’ve always had an instructor to take you through your yoga practice in a studio. Like most of us have figured out by now, there are a lot of resources and that too, can get more than a little daunting. Luckily for you, you’ve got us to count on and here are some of our favourite youtube channels to help you take your yogi skills into your personal space.

 

YOGA WITH ADRIENE

With new content regularly, Adriene’s yoga channel is perfect for those who enjoy a variety of sequences. Yogis of various levels will enjoy breathing and flowing through her varied tutorials.

She may not have updated her channel recently, but Tara Stiles’ yoga Youtube channel is great for those who want to learn from a world-renowned instructor who focuses on making yoga accessible to all.

An LA-based instructor, Ali’s channel features a fast-paced interval yoga style that’s a combination of power and vinyasa. Featuring classes for all levels of yogis, from a 30-minute weight loss class for beginners to a full-on hour-long sequence that will get your heart rate pumping with a full body and ab workout.
