Returns & Refund

At Sugarmat we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please email us at help@sugarmat.com and we will make things right. We will email you a return document to mail in with your item as well as the return address. You are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Returns and exchanges must be made within 15 days of receipt. Items accepted should not be worn, washed or altered. Once we receive the package, we will process the refund. We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay, the cost of the return will be taken out of the original payment ($25). 

Sugarmat holds the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet our return requirements. 

Sale Items are final and may not be returned.
